Not Impressed
I just received my roaster pan today. I must say I am not impressed with the product. I have not used it yet but the pan itself is very thin and appears to be easily scratched or dented. The rack it comes with is nice, it has handles which will allow for easy removal of turkey form the pan after it has cooked. The edges of the lid are pretty thin and can be a little sharp so watch your fingers if you end up purchasing this pan. I was considering a Granite Ware roasting pan but got this one instead and now I am wondering if I made the correct decision. I am not sure if I am going to keep this pan or return it.
