Works fine, not terribly non-stick.
I just got two of these in and made myself dinner. Four eggs and two English muffins. The first two eggs I simply cleaned the poachers, dropped the eggs in, and put them in boiling water for three minutes. What a mess. The eggs would not come out of the poachers. I cleaned the poachers (it required a scrubber and soap), sprayed them with PAM cooking spray (canola oil), and tried again. This time I had much better luck (see photos above), but there was still egg stuck to the poachers. Definitely not what I think of as "non-stick" these days.
So, for success what I did was this: Cold eggs (might be better with room temperature), boiling water with a little vinegar, lightly spray poacher with PAM, egg into poacher, slowly lower into the water (to keep any splash from spreading the egg), cook 3 minutes (soft yolk), remove and allow the water to drain out (don't worry, the egg won't fall out, it's stuck even with the oil), run a spoon all around the egg and then under,...
